Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless the return is due to a defect, misprint, or incorrect item received. In these cases, no restocking fee will apply.

All items at GiftPrintExpress are made-to-order and personalized just for you. Therefore, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. However, exchanges do not incur a restocking fee.

We provide a prepaid return label for items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

After receiving your return, it will be processed within 6-10 business days. All returns will undergo inspection for approval. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days after approval. Returns cannot be accepted if the item has been washed, worn, or is beyond the 30-day return window.

Please ensure the packing slip is included with all returns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

To request an exchange, please email us with your order details, reason for exchange, and your requested size or color. Exchanges are only accepted for the same design.

Include the packing slip with your exchange and indicate the size or color change requested.

Exchanges cannot be accepted if the item has been washed, worn, or is past the 30-day window. Processing time depends on the product:

  • 1-2 day handling time: Exchange ships within 3-5 business days.
  • 4-7 day handling time: Exchange ships within 6-10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
