Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Process
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless due to a defect, misprint, or incorrect item. No fee in these cases.
Reason Why
All items are made-to-order and personalized. A 20% fee helps offset production. Exchanges are not charged this fee.
Return Label Responsibility
We provide a prepaid label for defective or incorrect items. Otherwise, customers cover return shipping costs.
Processing Returns
Returns are processed within 6–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Refunds issued 3–5 business days after approval. Washed or worn items are not accepted.
Package Includes
Include the original packing slip with your return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and within 30 days. Handling time affects exchange speed:
- 1–2 day handling: ships in 3–5 business days
- 4–7 day handling: ships in 6–10 business days
