Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible for products that meet the following criteria:
- Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If your product is damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Incorrect Item Sent: If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange based on your preference.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date for eligibility.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for the following:
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly made)
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Requesting a Refund
If your order is eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Return Process: If your refund request is approved, you may be required to return the product to us. We will provide a prepaid return label for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. Return shipping for other cases will be at your expense.

Refund Approval: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your payment processor, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Processing Time
Refund processing can take up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Once your refund is approved and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
Exchanges
