2. Action on Copyright Complaints

Upon receiving a valid notice of copyright infringement, we may take the following actions:

(a) Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
(b) Notify the individual or entity responsible for posting the content in question.
(c) Terminate services for repeat infringers in accordance with our policy.

3. Filing a Counter-Notice (Disputing a Copyright Claim)

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes the following:

(a) Your physical or electronic signature.
(b) Identification of the removed content and the location where it was previously posted.
(c) A statement explaining that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake.
(d) Your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email address), and a statement confirming your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in the appropriate district.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original claimant initiates legal action within 10-14 business days.
